Tina Núñez

President & Founder

Tina founded Medusa Development in 2022 after seeing her neighborhood be over-run with vacant historic houses and poorly-done flips!  With a love for preservation architecture, and a passion for power tools - Medusa Development was Born.

Likes: driving her staff nuts by refusing to use notebooks when there are perfectly good blocks of wood & drywall scraps laying around

Dislikes: Vinyl siding, stock-windows, chippy board (OSB), and 'Greige"
