Did your flip- flop?   Do you own a house that's beyond repair?

We're prepared to make a cash offer on your pile of lumber!

Rebuild, Reclaim!

Reclaimed lumber is often from old-growth timber, which means it comes from trees that were larger and older than trees harvested today. This wood has a higher tannic content, is naturally rot resistant, has more growth rings, and is stronger and straighter than modern 2x4's.

Reclaimed lumber can be used for home building, decoration, siding, cabinetry, furniture & flooring.  We also salvage and re-use architectural details that are difficult an costly to reproduce today.

Don't Demo, Recycle!

Demolition of a residential property can cost anywhere from 30 to 100 thousand dollars! It also creates air and water pollution, and puts around 100 thousand pounds of usable natural resources straight into a landfill.

The concept of demolition as we know it is fairly new, and only became common place with the invention of the bulldozer.  From ancient times and up until about 1950, buildings were deconstructed - not demo'd.  The lumber was reused indefinitely until it reached the end of its' useful life, and even then it became useful as fire-wood.  Timber framed houses that are still standing today were often built from disassembled ships, or from wood salvaged from previous buildings.
